History
1984
MC 84 proved to be a real market winner, as it was the first thoroughly vegetable lotion that stimulated the hair bulb and prevented hair loss.
1986
The company relocated to new industrial buildings and obtained the licenses required to produce pharmaceuticals, as some herbal infusions are considered equivalent to proprietary medicinal products by the Aniasi Law.
1987
Introduction of the MOMILLA brand.
1988
The company also obtained the license to produce food and weight loss/dietary products in the solid state (tablets, capsules and pellets), later extended to the production of weight loss/dietary products in the liquid state, on its own and on other party’s account.
1989
Birth of the first line of tablets of monocomposed herbs under the trade name of ORTO BOTANICO, immediately followed by the line of liquid monocomposites in the form of mother tinctures and gem extracts.
1990
Acquisition of the OSMODYN brand, on an exclusive right for Europe, based on DEAD SEA salts obtained by fractional crystallization, and implementation of the first operating processes for purifying and packing the DEAD SEA salts in Italy to treat psoriasis and dermatitis in general. With tests and Israeli clinical studies and research by the Milan’s Clinica Dermatologica I° and Genoa’s Gaslini hospital.
1991
Implementation of LEVITENE, the first anti-age and anti-oxidant product.
1992
The company started production of the first proprietary medicinal products on a physiotherapeutic base (Herbagola ,Herbalax, Collì). These trademarks would later be transferred to pharmaceutical industries, especially the first line called PROPOLI, which would regularly be improved over the years.
1993
Launch of the first vegetable-based cream against hyperpigmentation and dark skin spots.
1994
Birth of SLIMMING – the no-diet diet, an excellent-seller.
